My Grandad taught me the basics

Barbering is more than 9 to 5 for me. It's my passion and my escape.
I started barbering over 30 plus years ago when my Grandad handed me my first pair of clippers. I have honing my craft in Afro-Caribbean, Middle-Eastern, Asian and European hairstyles, my skills have allowed me to view the world in ways that I wouldn't have if I were doing something other than Barbering.

My Grandad taught me the basics, and I practised on family and friends, making additional money through school and college.

I'm expanding my scope beyond Barbering, setting up, an online blog dedicated to Barbering and the business of Barbering. I'm currently training to become an educator and course designer with the London Hair Dressing Apprenticeship Academy (LHAA).

For me, Barbering is more than a 9 to 5 job. It's my passion, an escape and my gift to the world.
